What To Expect
Give us a call and we will do our best to find a time that will accommodate your schedule. We will email you a link to fill out an online health questionnaire. If that is not possible, you may fill it out in the office if you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please be as thorough as possible so that we can be prepared for your initial consultation.
Our office runs on time - it is rare you will have to wait longer than a few minutes and we always appreciate your patience. We understand things happen out of your control that can cause you to arrive after your scheduled time. Please call or text us if you will be late and we will determine if you will have the remainder of your time slot for your visit or if you will be rescheduled to a different time.
Day 1 - Connect and Discover
Your first visit to the office will give us the opportunity to connect and really listen to your health needs! We will perform a detailed assessment to determine if your neuro-spinal system is balanced with the use of state-of-the-art Insight Scanning Technology, which helps us assess how your spine and nervous system are functioning.
Our office cares for many babies and children with neuro-developmental challenges & understand it can be stressful to bring your child to the consultation. In these cases, it is possible to do a consultation over the phone to make it more convenient for you and your child.
Please plan for approximately 45-60 minutes for your first visit.
Day 2 - Hope and Answers
After connecting with you and discovering the root cause of your current health challenges, we will take the time necessary to study your history, thoroughly analyze your scans, and create a specific care plan catered to your individual health needs. During this second visit, we will give you all the details and review all the facts. More importantly, we will give you the answers that you have been hoping for. We will discuss your recommended care plan and financial & time investment.
Please plan for approximately 45 minutes for your second visit.
Decide and Move Forward
Once you have been presented exam results and care options, it is time to decide and move forward in the plan that has been designed for you. Healing takes time and looks different for each person. It is a process that requires both patience and consistency before adaptation occurs. We have found that those who stay the course reap the ultimate reward - vibrant health!

Office visits are 5-15 minutes long.
This office is out of network with all insurance companies. We do not do any insurance billing. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you a superbill to submit for reimbursement on a visit-to-visit basis. Superbills are not provided for discounted plans.
